Aurelia and Jerry, from the state of Delaware, are the owners of the Wishing Well Bed & Breakfast. Having fallen in love with Sedona, we made it, and the Wishing Well B & B, our home. The B & B is situated amidst lush evergreens, bordered by pine and juniper national forest land and hiking trails, complete with a hillside red rock waterfall. The property is truly a photographer's, astronomer's, and birdwatcher's paradise. What an amazing place to call home!

The B & B was completely remodeled in 1995 as a five room, owner-occupied bed & breakfast with secluded private entryways, and an elevator, to each guestroom; spacious private decks with hot tubs; and panoramic, unobstructed red rock views from every window in the house. Each guest room is a private hideaway providing an atmosphere of simple elegance, romance, comfort, and tranquility.

Within minutes of the Wishing Well, you will find yourself amidst art galleries, shops, fine restaurants, hiking trails, jeep tours, balloon rides, horseback riding, golf, and tennis. But our favorite thing to do is to simply sit, relax, and feel the peace and tranquility of Sedona from the unique setting of the Wishing Well.

Wishing Well B & B gift certificates make convenient and memorable gifts. There is no more romantic or more luxurious place to enjoy the drama and beauty of Sedona than at the Wishing Well B & B. Certificates are available for room nights or they may be purchased in any dollar denomination. We are also proud to make available the same luxurious robes our guests enjoy in the guest rooms. Guests may bring their own alcoholic beverages. Set-ups are provided in all guest rooms: glasses, buckets, ice, and corkscrews.

We are a non-smoking residence. Please request smoking accommodations outside.

We are not able to accommodate children or pets.

To preserve our unique ambience, the Wishing Well does not host weddings or receptions.

A two night minimum stay on weekends, including Saturday night, generally applies. Occasionally, a single Friday or Saturday night may be available. Please call to check our reservation calendar.

Rates are subject to change at any time with the exception of confirmed reservations.

DEPOSIT AND CANCELLATION POLICY: DEPOSIT AND CANCELLATION POLICY: A deposit of 50% required to hold a reservation. The balance will be charged 14 days prior to your arrival date. To cancel a reservation, thirty (30) days notice is required. If a cancellation is requested less than 30 days in advance of the scheduled arrival date, a refund of payment will be made only for that portion of the reservation that we are able to rebook to another guest. All cancellations will be charged a 5% processing fee Damage Policy: You are held responsible for missing items or damages (other than normal wear and tear) cause to the property by you or your guests. Your card will be charged for the amount to replace or repair damages.
